Lisa is a licensed agent and the office’s Team Leader. She is on the front lines daily and makes sure that that the machine runs efficiently and uses her opportunity as Team Leader to set a positive attitude and upbeat pace for the well-decorated Real Estate Veterans on her crew. Lisa is consistently finding new ways to market homes for their clients and helping to put the right buyers in the right homes.
She is also responsible for office and file processes, listing and buyer file management, coordinating closings, client communications, lead monitoring, brochure and ad design, and general coordination.
Amy is the executive assistant and ensures that each and every member of the team has the tools they need to perform their duties to the high standards set by Andrew and Lisa Prasky. She is a well-educated member of the team that coordinates the detailed schedules and showings.
Amy also heads up lead management, buyer file management, listing marketing manager, coordinator of online marketing on multiple websites, and showing monitor all while gathering feedback.
A Minnesota resident and former owner of a successful small business, Mindy Frost specializes in the sale of new and existing homes throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Prior to real estate, Mindy cultivated a dynamic team of 600+ individual sales consultants and leaders with annual sales reaching over $3.5 million annually. Mindy’s strong base of loyal repeat customers and solid leadership skills, was the reason for her success during her 17 years as a business owner.
Mindy has had a passion for real estate ever since purchasing her first home with her husband Jay, in 1993. Since then, they have built two homes and currently reside in Brooklyn Park with their two children, Nathan and Lauren.

I’m a first generation immigrant from Colombia, South America; we arrived in the US when I was 5 years old. My parents relentlessly pursued the American Dream by working hard, bettering our family year by year. We started in urban Northern New Jersey and ended up in Minnetonka, MN where we’ve been since 1997. My wife jokes that my personality is Minnesota nice with an East Coast edge and a little latino passion on top. As a REALTOR, I like to think that makes me a personable, tough negotiator who really loves his job.
After spending my first year of marriage traveling Central and South America with my wife, I realized that even though I’d love to travel for the rest of my life, there is much to be grateful for right here at home. I love Minnesota for its culture, people and natural grandeur.
I bartended for over 10 years. I started bartending to pay for college and continued to work my way up, eventually to a high-end steakhouse in Downtown Minneapolis. The reasons I was successful in the service industry are my passion for connecting with people, ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail. I started my career in real estate because of the aforementioned skills, I enjoy providing exceptional service and desire to help people navigate their real estate experience.
